A Small IPA with locally grown Cascade wet from SLO county used throughout. Brewed to be 4% alcohol by volume, but still have a nice medium body with a dry finish. Besides freshly picked Cascade whole hops from Vinland Farms, we also used whole cone Amarillo & some pelletized of both those varieties in the boil. The whole cone hops were used in the mash tun, hop back & for dry hopping to achieve the beautiful hop flavor this small IPA has. While the cascade gives it the nice floral notes, the Amarillo gives it that sweet citrusy hop character.
