A deep, very dark ruby colored strong ale made using Saison yeast. Aromas of raisin, chocolate, and spice come off of the slightly off white head. The taste is a showcase for the Saison yeast strain to mingle with the darker malts used. A perfect beer for sipping on our patio during the spring.
