This IPA is a part of a series of new IPA’s we brew at JAFB to experiment with new hops and new hop combinations. The beer’s malt bill is nearly all pilsner with a tiny bit of crystal for color. The simple malt bill allows the hops to really shine. This latest batch was heavily hopped with Mosaic, Nelson Sauvin, Sorachi Ace, Simcoe, Citra and El Dorado. YUM.
