Xyauyù Kentucky 2018 has a clear color, reminiscent of a classic “monk’s tunic”, and has no head and no carbonation. Gentle scents of tobacco are accompanies by notes of caramel with a final light touch of tonka beans. When sipped, the wood component supports the notes of tobacco, which strike a good balance with the hints of dried fruit preserved in alcohol. The finish has a pleasant oxidized, almost pungent aroma.
