This is Monsters' Park - our hulking cantankerous imperial stout - aged in fragrant, oaky bourbon barrels. The barrel character is immediately on the nose & grows more intense in the flavor. Notes of vanilla, caramel, & molasses meld with the huge roast character of Monsters' Park to create a veritable superhero of flavor (like earth, wind, fire, water, & heat even). The beer's aroma & flavor reach their peak at about 55 degrees; do with that information what you will.
