What did we know when we set up a small brewpub on the island of Coronado 19 years ago? Not nearly as much as we know now!! Throughout CBC’s history, we’ve stayed thirsty for beer and knowledge, making each day into a learning experience. We’ve taken the time to hone our skills, maturing rather than aging.
