1460 was created to commemorate our first four years. For our fourth anniversary we brewed a Belgian-style Quadruple and racked it into rye whiskey barrels where it sat for a year, then blended in the barrel aged versions of our previous anniversary ales. By doing so each year, our anniversary ales will always contain a piece of our past. 1460 marries the complexities of its individual components and the intricacies of barrel aging with the dark fruit notes of a traditional Belgian-style Quadruple. Stored properly 1460 should age well. Enjoy now or in the future.
