Hoppy red rye IPA with a sweet edge. This complex beer is brewed in honour of previous winners of the Rugby World Cup. Pilgrim hops from England to add bitterness, Motoueka and Rakau, from New Zealand, for flavour and dry hopped with Galaxy, from Australia, for extra aroma. Then, in addition to the rye, there is lager malt, in honour of South Africa’s favourite tipple. The resulting beer is a worthy winner.
