Our rendition of the German Dunkel Weizen, simply meaning dark wheat. Both brewed and unfiltered like a Hefeweizen, it is cloudy in appearance, and while the clove banana notes are evident, so are chocolate and caramel due to the addition of assorted roasted grains.
