The Master-Brewer found a recipie which was elaborated in 1898, the year the brewery was created. On this basis, he elaborated a 8,5° white beer of top fermentation. Mashed from three strictly selected malts, the "Grain d’Orge Cuvée 1898" is to be savoured in good times.
