Even though there really wasn’t a style of beer known as Scottish Stout--there is now. It’s a stronger, fuller-bodied stout that we fermented with yeast from Scotland. The yeast is clean and accentuates the malts in this beer. Flavors of dark chocolate, roasted coffee, a hint of berry jam, and a faint smokiness all combine in a wonderful marriage of flavors.
