Old Black Shuck is a cask conditioned dry stout with an abv of 4.5%. The recipe uses five different malt types including Amber, Chocolate & Crystal. To give further roast character Crystal Rye malt is also used. The full roasted notes of the malts are complimented by Fuggles hops and a small late addition of Challenger.

Note name changed to Snake Slayer in early 2010.
