Holloway is a collaboration with Old Irving Brewing, a new talented team of travelers on the path to delicious beer. Together, we brewed this Berliner Weisse and added a beautifully balanced tea blend from Rare Tea Cellar. This beer has arrived at the intersection of floral and tart.
