Imperial stout aged one year in Portuguese port barrels. Time Waits For No One was first brewed for my good friend Steve Marshall's 60th birthday. He wanted a sipping beer that would age well. When asked what he wanted to call it, Steve's favorite Rolling Stones song Time Waits For No One came to mind. "Hours are like diamonds, don't let them waste" captured his view of what it meant to reach his milestone birthday and how he views the passing of time.
