Westfield is our modern take on the classic Saison style and is crafted with Pilsner Malt, Ballad malt, Wheat Malt, Flaked Oats, Flaked Rye, and Acidulated Malt, then lightly dry hopped with Pekko hops for fresh cracked pepper, candied pear, and white grape undertones. Westfield is fermented and aged in oak barrels for several months with our wild yeast culture and then bottle conditioned
