Dominion Kristall Weizen is a filtered German-style wheat beer. Many wheat beers are unfiltered which leaves yeast in the product that gives beer a cloudy or hazy apperance. Dominon's Kristall Weizen is made with the finest German malts, formulated by brewer Derek Bailey, the malt bill is 60% German wheat combined with German Pilsner and Munich malted barley. German Hallertau hops give this beer a classic flavor and aroma. We believe our summer ale will quench your thrist.

The Summer Wheat varies year-to-year. The back label should state what style it is, so make sure you rate the correct style!

In 2005 this beer was released as a draft only "mid-season" at the pub. In 2006 the beer was brewed as the Summer Wheat.
