Brewed in January 2007 and aged in our Burien cellars, this recipe is a near double-strength version of the original No Doubt Stout. Served in a tulip glass to accentuate the inky black color, brown lacy foam and robust aroma. Aroma / Flavor: Complex malty sweetness w/hints of port and dark fruit like figs.Malt Varieties: Organic Pale, ESB, Caramel blend, Chocolate, Roast, and Black. Hop Varieties: 100% Simcoe. OG: 23.8°P
