Common descriptors are This Belgian Style ale was brewed to excite the senses. We used copious amounts of Pilsner malt which was balanced out by Noble European hops. To add to the excitement we used late additions of coriander and bitter orange peel. The bulk of the character is provided by the traditional Belgian yeast and oak aging. This beer is truly a religious experience.
IBU’s: 60 Alcohol Content: 8.7%
