A very unique beer that will be a love or hate experience for most beer connoisseurs. The beer starts with our Central Valley Golden, Luna Blanca, aged and is soured in a bourbon barrel for one year. The barrel imparts a natural aroma of chile peppers from the use of organic rainforest coffee beans in a previous use. The Wonka effect is achieved through the addition of Scharffen Berger Cacao Nibs into the barrel. Aromas of Chile peppers, flavors of chocoalte and a dry sourness that defines this truely unique beer.
