This beer started as a fermentation mistake with our flagship Henley Gold, giving us the sourness and drinkability of a Berliner Weisse. It tasted great but we thought it would be interesting to add a wild character to the beer. we filled used Frencg Pinot Noir barrels with the sour beer and a host of other good bacteria and wild yeast, then closed the door.
