This is part of the serenade series where we brew a beer inspired by a particular musician or group and then serenade the yeast with that music during the brewing, fermentation, and conditioning of the beer. This beer was inspired by and then serenaded to the Grateful Dead’s musical zenith, the year 1972. The entire 72 tour was played to the yeast with some interesting results!
