Dapper Dan is a session ale in the British tradition. It is robust in flavor yet quite low in alcohol, to enable rich conversation over plenty of pints without getting totally shnockered. Four different roasted malts add complexity, while our Kölsch yeast delivers its classic roundness and a restrained fruitiness. Dapper Dan is named after Matt’s good friend Dan Vetrovsky, whose “impeccable style and taste in brews from all over the world served to inspire my interest in beer, foreign relations, the Pogues, and a mistrust of public holidays,” according to Matt. Cheers Dan! Brewed with Gambrinus Organic Pilsner and Dark Munich malt, imported brown, crystal and roasted malts, Warrior and Sterling hops.
