Ty Gwyn cider is Welsh farm cider made from apples grown in Wales. It is made on our farm in the Monnow Valley where we have been growing cider apples for almost forty years. Our cider apples are grown on terraces and comprise varieties such as Brown Snout and Vilberie. They are washed and juiced on the premises and then transferred into containers that we store in one of the farm barns. They are bottled and labelled in the Forest of Dean. The end result of our dedication and the beautiful environment in which we make our cider is a refreshing medium cider.
