Note di fragola e di affumicato complessano il profilo olfattivo accompagnate da un lieve effluvio resinoso. - Corpo medio, buona frizzantezza. - Al palato si rivelano e persistono sia il caramello dolce (toffee) sia l'amaro fresco, balsamico lungo e dissetante. Con l'andar del tempo le note amare si trasformano in sentori decisi di amaretto. - Retrolfatto sprigiona sentori di frutta secca, spezie tra le quali spicca un pepato quasi pungente. - Una birra gradevolmente rinfrescante, dal corpo rotondo e orientata ai sapori fumé e speziati. La spumeggiante effervescenza la rende una birra piacevole e dissetante sebbene il suo bel corpo alcolico.
