The juice imparts a tart quality that blends beautifully with the rich fruity aromas. Our unique Belgian yeast imparts a fruit cocktail of flavor which gives way to a crisp, tart finish. Malus Pi is a Fruit Beer re-creation of your favorite holiday apple pie. It starts as a Belgian Wit brewed with crab apple juice from our friends at Naturally Born Juicers. We add cinnamon and oats to further mimic apple pie.
