Our Tieton Blend Cider mirrors the region where we make our cider: dry, sometimes bone dry. We start with sweet Washington apples that are blended with bitter and sharp traditional European cider apples. We remove the sugar during fermentation, letting the tannins, acids and aromatics fuse into this complex and balanced crafted libation. You will find that all of our ciders pair beautifully with all foods; especially with cheese, charcuterie and savory entrees. TASTING NOTE: This crisp English style cider begins with a floral and fruity nose. It has perfectly balanced citrus notes, and then introduces hints of green grape skin and slate with a lingering pepper quality at the finish. PAIRING IDEAS: Salty cheeses, Roasted chicken, Soups of roasted carrots, Salads with fennel.
