Brewed to let the hops shine, Hops & Pie PA starts with Maris Otter to form the malty base that holds up to all the hops. Multiple hop additions showcase Simcoe’s piney, spicy, citrus character and Cascade’s resiny, floral aromas. Dry-hopped to further enhance the floral, spicy aromas, Hops & Pie PA is a drinkable, delicious pint of hop indulgence. OG 1.066 ABV 6.6% IBUs 64 We are offering Hops & Pie PA just as Strange brewed it or passed through Hoptymus Prime, our in-line fresh hopper. Custom built for H&P by Buck over at Thirstay (the best tap guy in the state!!), our in-line fresh hopper is filled with fresh Cascade hops that the IPA passes through on the way out the draft faucet giving an additional punch and fresh flavor!
