The idea for a Down Under IPA builds an ethereal hop structure of Pacific Gem and Nelson Sauvin from New Zeland and Australian Galaxy atop a medium weight pale ale. In addition, the exotic aroma of the hops is augmented with actual passion fruit. Brewed with pale and Crisp 77° crystal malt. |
