Farmhouse Saison Du Baze. Brewed annually as a light and refreshing summer time Belgian. Straw in color and dry, this ale is flavored with the addition of fresh Colorado grown Palisade apples. The pleasant apple flavor is soft and reminiscent of traditional Saison yeast esters. The use of chicory in this recipe creates an essence of coffee and dryness that is again reinforced by the addition of grains of paradise.
