Brewed by Gustav Waesterberg and Jens Skrubbe at Ängö Kvartersbryggeri in Kalmar for the Öland Harvest Festival, initially offered on tap and bottle in an old farm at the village street of Södvik on the northern part of Öland. The beer is dry and fruity at the same time along the lines of the Vallonian farmer’s beer tradition.
