What better name for a rye beer made in a brewery in which some say they can “sense the spirits”? We have taken a traditional German bock style and substituted 25% of the grains with rye grain. The resulting beer is amber-orange in color, having a complex maltiness without being sweet. Hop bitterness and hop flavor are low, with a wonderful texture added by the rye. Very easy drinking for springtime!
