A Loerik ("lazy" in Brussel dialect) is a blend of Lambics that is intended to be Gueuze (so usually 1-2-3 year blend), but for some reason takes longer than normal to ferment in the bottle or doesn't ferment at all. Similar to 3 Fonteinen's Doesjel.
