Tramuntana Rotja is a red ale with a flavour of cereals and a medium alcoholic content of 5% vol. The mixture of caramel and roasted malts give it its main feature. The optimal temperature for drinking is 3º to 5º. Ideal with grilled meats, fish and white meats.
