Translated from "Babel" pub’s website: Duel is inspired by the "duel" between two hop varieties: american grown Cascade, with its clear citrussy sensations, and Nelson Sauvin from New Zealand, with its bold fruity notes. It’s an amber coloured craft beer, unpasteurised, produced with selected ingredients. Light amber in colour, fruity, intense and fragrant on the nose. Hints of exotic fruits and white grapes gently mix with citrussy notes. The flavour follows the nose. It’s fresh, very drinkable and balanced. Leaves a natural sediment in the bottle. Best served at 8°-10°C [46°-50°F]. Ingredients: water [from Biella], malted barley, wheat, hops, yeast and cane sugar. NOTE: Produced by Un Terzo brewery especially for "Babel" pub.
