SMaSH stands for Single Malt and Single Hops. It is a technique used by brewers to learn the characteristics of a given grain and hop variety. It can also make an exceptional beer if done properly. At 13% ABV and 11lbs of hops per barrel, this is a big IPA. Uses only pale 2-row grain and and Zythos hops (a hop blend).
