This special porter is another of Head Brewer Brian Lonberg’s homebrew recipes. Scaled up for the “big system,” and fermented with our amazing house yeast, it has taken on an even brighter character than usual. Brewed with Peat Smoked Malt, Unsulphured Molasses, and a touch of Whole Indian Cardamom Seed, this beer is unlike any other Porter we’ve done (and you’ve had)!
