Apple Wine, 12-13.9% abv; a rich blend of about fifteen varieties of apples are pressed for the making of this wine. The nose is dominated by the apple with strong floral tones and hints of honey. This wine is rich with apple flavor that fills the mouth and sits well on the palate with the finish. Enjoy with chicken, fish, pork, a salad or by itself. Serve chilled. We offer it in four different styles; dry, semi-dry, semi-sweet and sweet.
