We took the same blend of apples used in the traditional Apple Wine to press for this wine. Apples and sugary sweetness come together for a strong-scented nose. The wine is complex and full-bodied as it begins with sweet apple and finishes with the unique tartness known only to apples. It is a perfect finish to any meal. Serve slightly chilled. [Allegedly not an ice cider.]
