Technical Description: So massive is this Rye Barleywine after a long and intensive boil that it envelops the 75 IBU of hops given it. The super rich qualities of this brew come from the best British floor-malted, pale barley available. Top quality specialty malts that add to its opulent body include British Crystal and German Rye. Spanish cedar lends wood aging with a depth of dark mahogany and a hint of Szechuan peppercorn spice that cuts the luxurious malt sweetness.
