The brewers at Moon River wanted to do something special for Groundhogs Day so they created a Belgo-American Pale with a Belgian yeast and were heavy handed west coast hops. Then they took this tasty brew and aged it in tequila barrels giving it a sweet estery fruitiness balanced with a hoppy bitterness and smooth oaked tequila finish.
