First release from Adam Betts, of Northdown, and Christian Skovdal Andersen, of Beer Here, in their new venture the EDGE brewing project. ‘Waldo’ is a collaboration brew between Edge and Bridge Road Brewers. A berry Saison with pink highlights from the addition of Mulberries, Blueberries, Lockness Berries, Raspberries and of course Waldoberries. A fruity, dry and slightly tart ale based on the aromatic Belgian Saison style.
