A slightly re-tooled version of one of our opening beers. This variant features a bit more alcohol, a touch more malt character, and a different hopping regime from the original. Aromas of hop-derived resin and tropical fruit, with background notes of just barely toasted bread. Flavors of more Pacific Northwest-grown hops up front, with a nearly balancing malt sweetness to the mid-palate and finish.
