Plums are such a beautiful fruit that it was difficult to find a beer fit for their unique flavor. We feel we have found a worthy match with our Coercer Belgian Abbey. The aromatic and sweet malts added to this ale meld perfectly with our house Belgian yeast and plums. Coercer pairs fantastically with our skirt steak entree.
