In the cold of winter, we went to visit the folks at The Beer Shop in E. Longmeadow who expressed interest in brewing a saison for the springtime. This saison is brewed in the tradition of early French/Belgian saisons made of the farms. We added 20 pounds of fresh local peaches to the boil to add an essence of flavor and aroma that makes this brew special. So much so, you may only find this brew in a limited number of places.

We hope that you enjoy this beer that we feel truly embody’s everything that makes a farmhouse saison along with keeping a local element of Western MA with notes of peach fruit and citrus.
