A study of hops, our 4Hop Bock blends four half batches each made with a different Styrian Golding hop (Bobek, Celeia, Dana and Aurora) from Slovenia, into one refreshing and balanced brew. With the same German pils and lager yeast used in each, the subtle nuances of the four different hop varieties combine to create an fragrant mead-like aroma with suggestions of flowers and honey, and a sweet, soft malt flavor balanced with spicy, refined hops.
