Belgian inspired strong wit bier, open fermented with our custom blend of Wit yeast, brettanomyces and acid producing bacteria. Matured ten months in pinot noir barrels with fresh organic raspberries from Denison farms. Framboise rogue is refreshingly tart with notes of berries, cherries and earthy brettanomyces.
