(512) Stingo is a portion of our fourth anniversary ale aged twelve months in new American oak. The biscuity Maris Otter and caramelly Crystal malts contribute notes of toast, toffee, and dried fruits, which are balanced with a blend of authentic UK Fuggle and East Kent Golding hops. Dry hopped with Northdown, twelve months aging has deepened this beer’s character and imparted subtle, yet complex, flavors of wood and vanilla.
