A typical Franconian well-hopped beer. It is brewed exclusively with Spalter aroma hops, is very digestible and, with 5% alcohol content, not too strong. The beer is also not filtered during bottling, all flavors are still contained. Due to our long and very cool storage, we do not have to preserve the beer before bottling it.
