Each year at the Craft Brewers Conference (CBC), Victory proudly showcases a variety of beers brewed exclusively for the German Hop Growers’ Association to demonstrate the diversity of German hop varieties. In 2014, the focus is on four new hop varieties released in 2012, Mandarina Bavaria, Hallertau Blanc, Huell Melon and Polaris, in addition to a classic Hallertauer Pils with a “terroir-twist.” Composition Malt: Two-row German malts Hops: Blanc ABV: 9.1% Flavor Featuring pleasant fruitiness from the Blanc hops and qualities of warm, green grape and an almost wine-like dryness, this Belgian tripel has a mild amount spicy black pepper and a rich, strong flavor.
