Laurelweizen is a traditional Bavarian style Hefe. The haze, banana, clove and bubble gum aromas come from the signature German Wheat yeast we used. This is an incredible food beer, pairing well with just about anything from spicy dishes, to desserts to…just about anything you want to throw at it.
